Our recruitment process
We ensure fair and transparent recruitment practices. All applicants are provided with equal opportunities.

Our recruitment process begins with a position being identified and defined.

Positions are announced on our website under Current Vacancies.

Once the application deadline has passed, we initially screen all applications in accordance with the following process:

  • Job applications are screened against the selection criteria as described in the announcement
  • Applicants who pass the selection criteria will be invited to interview
  • References from previous employers will be checked

The selection committee comprises two or more members. A final decision is never be made by a single person.

No fees are charged for applying for employment with Leader Cashmere.

Mongolian workforce
Leader Cashmere LLC is committed to maximising the employment of Mongolian nationals, ensuring the best people are chosen for the right positions.

It is our policy to give hiring priority to Mongolians ethinic minorities and Female employees of the Rural area. By the end of Q’1 2018, over 80 per cent of Leader Cashmere’s workforce is Female of which 60 per cent are from the Khuvsgul  aimag.

Student intern

Our company provides the opportunity to intern students in the indsutry, services, finance, accounting, business management, technology and technology, and provides the opportunity to work with the our company.

Requirements for Interns student:

Study at least 3 grade students in University.

GPA is above 3.0 or B

Must have high ethics and communication skills.
